Timothy Kagle, Chief Executive Officer
Tim has over 11 years of healthcare leadership experience, with a focus in post-acute facility operations. Prior to joining Greenwood Rehabilitation Hospital, he was Administrative Vice President at a large community hospital. He also served as Vice President of Operations for one the nation’s largest post acute-care providers. Tim is passionate that success is achieved through teamwork and is measured by patient outcomes and patient satisfaction. He earned his BA from The College of William and Mary and his MBA from Troy University.

Jeneen Carman, Director of Nursing Operations
Jeneen has 14 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse and 6 years of management experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation. She has worked as a Program Director managing a 26 bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. Through her experience, she has successfully implemented Spinal Cord Injury, Parkinson’s, and Stroke Programs. She received her nursing degree from Cuyahoga Community College in Parma, Ohio and is currently enrolled in the MSN/MBA program at Kent State University.

Kerry Trapnell, Chief Financial Officer
Kerry has over 11 years management and accounting experience in healthcare. He was most recently the Chief Financial Officer for a healthcare system consisting of a Critical Access Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility, Rural Health Clinic, and Children’s Daycare Center. Kerry received his Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Valdosta State University. He is also a member of HFMA and ACHE.

Sharon B. Martin, Director of Quality and Risk Management
Sharon has extensive experience in both nursing and in education. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in education from Erskine College and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Piedmont Technical College. She has worked in Nursing Management at a Critical Access Hospital where she was instrumental in opening a new replacement hospital. Sharon has been through several successful state and JCAHO surveys.

Laura Granger, Director of Human Resources
Laura has 14 years experience working in healthcare, including direct patient care. Prior to joining Greenwood Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, she served as the Director of Human Resources for a skilled nursing post acute-care provider.

Jane Johnson, OTR/L – Director of Therapy Operations
Ms. Johnson has over 30 years of clinical experience as a licensed occupational therapist and 20 years of management experience in acute rehabilitation. She has worked as the Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation Sevices in an acute inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Augusta, Georgia. She was responsible for the planning, development, implementation and management of program services as well as the supervision of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech, psychology and Case Management Departments. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina.

James P. Anderson, Director of Marketing and Business Development
Jim has over 30 years experience in healthcare marketing, business development and management. He has served as a psychiatric hospital administrator, regional home health care administrator, corporate director of business development for a regional home healthcare company and he has worked for a regional healthcare consulting company. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Erskine College and a Master’s Degree in Public Health with emphasis in Healthcare Administration from the University of South Carolina. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
